Responsible for the deployment and/or the ongoing support of cloud based products and solutions. This will include support of the customer during initial design and implementation, and throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Core Tasks may include
Active role in data gathering for the implementation
Provides on-going support of cloud based products
Implements processes across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
Designing solutions for implementation issues
Supports go live of projects
Communication to client through the engagement
Knowledge of cloud products and services
Planning for data deployment
Task Oriented deployment
Methodology and Tools Overview
Min 2 years of job relevant experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Bachelor degree in any field or equivalent work experience
