Kforce Quality Assurance Analyst in Corvallis, Oregon

Kforce has a client in search of a Quality Assurance Analyst for our print technology R&D client in Corvallis, Oregon (OR). You will serve as a documentation coordinator for the company's business for the engineering change management process.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a core member of the Engineering Change Management Process

  • Pull daily priority list from the SharePoint of all requested changes and ensure each process step owner is completing their tasks through the change management process

  • Interact with R&D, Operations, Procurement, suppliers, manufacturers, solutions, Consumables, Marketing, Spares, etc. to ensure changes are completed in a timely manner and that documentation records are complete and archived properly

  • Ensure the Change Notice logs are accurately maintained for each product platform

  • Contribute to the continuous process improvement of the change management and BOM cost management processes and tools

Product Data Management:Drive the process for setting up new products in the various IT systems:

  • Develop expertise for company product set up processes and tools

  • Set up all new products

  • Update the ERP system (SAP) when product data changes

  • Develop deep understanding of PWP supply chain operations

  • Ensure that all functions involved in product set ups are responding per the required timeline

  • Continuously seek for process improvement and better data management

  • Comfort learning and using new IT systems

  • SAP knowledge and experience a plus

  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain functions: Planning, Order fulfillment, Procurement, Logistics, etc.

  • High-level understanding of the Product Life Cycle

  • Understanding of BOM structures

  • High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint

  • Team-player with a proactive willingness to contribute and share knowledge in order help to develop team members and system users

  • Attitude and willingness to learn, engage, and generally make things happen

  • Able to work well with people and has the ability to work with challenging personalities

  • Proactive and highly responsive to business/customer needs and escalations

  • Ability to perform while under high-pressure situations

  • Strong initiative and willingness to work through challenges

  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills

  • Resourceful and with a flexible attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English

  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Ability to understand complex systems and processes

  • Attention to detail

  • Technical background a plus, but not required
