TE SubCom is seeking Manager of Marine Installation for the Engineering and Technology Department in Eatontown, NJ.


  • Assist with engineering, planning and implementation of deep sea cable installations

  • Working as a member of a team or individually on activities associated with cable system vessel loading

  • Writing methods of procedures for installation and loading activities

  • Simulating cable installations using modeling software

  • Interfacing with SubCom customers

  • Assisting with internal and external training as needed

  • Reporting to Senior Manager Marine Installation


  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • At least 3 years of experience with Makai Plan and Makai Plan Pro

  • Strong communication, technical writing, computer, organization and interpersonal skills.

  • Adept in charting and mapping skills.
