Job DescriptionRequired Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor degree in Business Management or similar field of study - or 2 years managerial experience with projects and staff. - Analytical skills necessary to understand government contracts and monitor the compliance measures for both the organization and sub-contractors.- Be able to create, maintain and update numerous written documents outlining and detailing all planned goals, protocols, procedures, processes, solutions and results reports related to implementation and monitoring of quality assurance measures.- Proven leadership, mentoring and training abilities.- Strong communication skills: oral and written. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.- Interpersonal skills requiring courtesy, tact, confidentiality, and empathy at all times in order to communicate effectively and convey information to callers, visitors, and co-workers. - Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.Quality Assurance Manager will:- Ensure performance integrity with Contracts for both the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) and the Agency of Health Care Administration. (ACHA)- Monitor fiscal and contract compliance standards and performance measures through regular record reviews.- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to contract performance and compose comprehensive reports for the organization.- Assist in analyzing health measures data as it relates to our organization. - Implement Quality Assurance Plans through monthly provider site visits.- Prepare Quality Assurance reports and Contract-mandated reports.- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of contracts, Memorandums of Agreements and Requests for Proposals. - Coordinate efforts and monitoring of any performance improvement plans.- Work with the Executive Director to organize needed materials and reports in the preparation of monitoring from our contract managers.- Assist the organization in written communications between Board of Directors, Service Providers and the Community at large. - Prepare monthly, quarterly and end of year reports to submit to the organization-s contract managers.- Attend Board of Directors meetings when necessary and assist in writing board minutes- Assist in managing the Coordinated Intake and Referral Process.- Provide additional support to the Executive Director and staff members as needed.
