This is an immediate opening for an A+ Certified Deskside Support Technician supporting 900 clients with 1 other technician on site. This candidate maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain new and existing PCs

  • Troubleshoot and fix problems encountered on PCs and triage issues with affiliated departments

  • Perform system related duties

  • Responsible for maintaining inventory for PC parts (Ordering, Tracking, Procurement, etc.)

  • Must interface with corporate end users as well as engineering and management staff

    Essential Qualifications:

  • Requires 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • Team work skills

  • Works flexibly & actively to meet business priorities

  • Ability to seek out & offer to help / train whenever possible

  • Seeks opportunities to grow skills and learn new tasks

  • CompTIA A+ certification required

  • Excellent Customer Service skills required
