This is an immediate opening for an A+ Certified Deskside Support Technician supporting 900 clients with 1 other technician on site. This candidate maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
Set up and maintain new and existing PCs
Troubleshoot and fix problems encountered on PCs and triage issues with affiliated departments
Perform system related duties
Responsible for maintaining inventory for PC parts (Ordering, Tracking, Procurement, etc.)
Must interface with corporate end users as well as engineering and management staff
Requires 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Team work skills
Works flexibly & actively to meet business priorities
Ability to seek out & offer to help / train whenever possible
Seeks opportunities to grow skills and learn new tasks
CompTIA A+ certification required
Excellent Customer Service skills required
