Right now, we are seeking an Software Developer Engineerin Test based at our facility in Montvale New Jersey.

We continue to invest heavily in using, and developing technology that allows us to move money seamlessly; eliminating barriers based on location, currency, payment method, platform, etc. Some companies specialize in cash-based retail money transfer and others play only in digital. We are a leader in both!

As a SDET, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service that is expected from our software systems. In particular, you will be involved in the building of Compliance and Regulatory platforms to support our B2B business segment. You will be developing and automating quality assurance test cases/suites to validate and verify delivery of system artifacts in accordance with customer needs.

  • Develops and executesformal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Participates in test planning, writing testcases/scripts, test case automation and test execution. Testing may include application, network,system and user acceptance testing.

  • Provides guidance onautomation tools, and frameworks. Architects and guides building andmaintenance of test systems and test data management.

  • Hands-on implementationof test automation and performance testing tools and frameworks.

  • Design test cases usingtest case optimization techniques.

  • Gathers usage patternsand actual production transaction metrics of various applications to derivetest patterns and transforms them into usable tests.

  • Troubleshoot applicationissues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, andtechnical teams.

  • Define and revise (ifneeded) metric/performance reporting under directions from EngineeringManagement to ensure viability of service levels.

What you will need tosucceed:

  • B.S in Computer Science,Engineering or related field is preferred

  • 7+ years of softwarequality assurance experience

  • Must be a problem solverwith demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges,with a can-do attitude

  • Self-starter with abilityto multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliverresults

  • Experience in Agile andIterative development methodologies

  • Strong communicationskills with ability to interact with developers and product stakeholdersglobally

  • Technical areas ofexpertise:

  • Expert with testautomation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Test Complete.

  • Extensive testingexperience in developing and/or testing enterprise scale applications onC#, .Net platform.

  • Extensive testingexperience UI built on C#/.Net

  • Experience with usingtest management systems (test case management, defect management,traceability, etc.) like HP ALM, Jira, Zephyr etc.

  • Strong background intest writing to provide full spectrum testing Functional Stability,Performance Reliability, System Resource Utilization, Usability

  • Experience in testingweb-based and Cloud solutions

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, includingcreation and monitoring of multiple QA environments, automated creationof test data, automatic configuration of system parameters etc.

  • Background in workingwith product stakeholders to organize, develop and execute

  • User Acceptance TestsModeling experience for system execution workflows (e.g. UML ActivityDiagrams) to aid in full system test coverage

  • Ability to utilize issuetracking analysis to identify focus areas of improvement based on qualityassurance findings
