FMC's Technical Engineering Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of engineering leaders and technical subject matter experts in our organization. Program participants will have the opportunity to begin with an assignment in corporate engineering lasting 12-18 months based out of Ewing, NJ. The role will require 30% travel. Upon completion of the program, participants will be well positioned for a variety of full time roles and development opportunities that will include roles in production and technical management.

  • Apply chemical engineering fundamentals to support manufacturing

  • Identify opportunities & implement changes to deliver process safety & process technology improvement

  • Drive process design excellence and asset utilization improvement

BS Chemical Engineering; Degree from an accredited program or university

-Candidates must graduate by the program start date, but no more than one year prior

-Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel as required by the program

Minimum GPA: 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
