Technology, projects and drilling (TPD) is Equinor's business area responsible for research and technology, project development and execution, well delivery and procurement. Having the corporate responsibility for technology implementation and project development puts us in the middle of making Equinor a competitive company facing the low carbon society.
Execute operational procurement tasks for the Equinor office in Aberdeen supporting Mariner
Operations onshore and offshore with spare parts purchasing and day to day requests
Create purchase orders and call off contracts in SAP/Sourcing Cockpit
Advise the internal team on operational procurement process and best practice
Establish and maintain a professional and productive relationship with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Plan procurement activities to enable best value to be gained
Organise procurement activities in compliance with Equinor procedures and systems
Consider improvements to the efficiency of the department through forward planning and use of initiative
Senior Buyer/Purchaser experience .
Supply chain understanding and experience .
SAP experience / superuser level.
Digitalisation – Automation experience .
Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
Strong sense of integrity and impeccable ethics are both mandatory.
A commercial mind and good numerical skills.
The ability to work independently.
The ability to work flexibly and to undertake a variety of tasks is important.
Good interpersonal skills are vital.
