We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our Chapel Hill team and impact our customer’s in a meaningful way.Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Tibco's global customer base

  • Conduct technical troubleshooting and reproduce difficult scenarios

  • Coordinate the support process with our staff and our field engineers

  • Assist with customer escalations and coordinate with all stakeholders


  • TAC tools and processes

  • Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, DB2, and MySQL

  • Familiarity with Java Runtime Environment

  • Java development and JDBC knowledge

  • XML and web services

  • Comfortable in quickly learning to use a myriad of technologies and applications in order to resolve customer issues

  • 3-5 years of industry experience
