Job Title: Service Desk Technician - CHASKA, MN Job Description: Pro Staff is now hiring for a Service Desk Technician in Chaska, MN in partnership with a company that provides strategic IT solutions for its clients. The technician is responsible for supporting all field-based activities including providing support to vendor partner technicians, which at times requires troubleshooting and issue resolution. Job duties will also include data entry for status and reporting information. Pay: $15-17/hour depending upon experience Schedule: 1st shift: 6a - 3:30p, Monday - Friday 2nd shift: 2p - 10:30p, Monday - Friday Qualifications: 1-2 years minimum relevant business experience Some College or Technical School preferred or equivalent related experience Overall experience working in LAN/WAN environment Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Experience involving low voltage services (physical layer, equipment installation and high voltage electrical services) If you are interested in being considered for this position, apply now!
