This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Master Rebuild Center in Dallas, TX as an Engine Assembler.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Must have 3 years verifiable diesel engine experience.

  • Assemble engines to a documented process.

  • Ability to follow the lead and tutor from Sr. Assemblers and ensure quality of work is up to acceptable standard.

  • Ability to meet stated cycle time and safety requirements.

  • Follow and obey all Cummins safety procedures.

  • Must be able to follow and interpret process documentation and instruction sheets.

  • Maintain a clean work environment.

  • Ensure parts meet the 3 Fs form, fit and function.

  • Wear uniforms and maintain the standard set with regards to appearance and PPE safety.

  • Assist Sr. Assemblers and get up to speed on Quickserve.

  • Perform other duties deemed necessary by supervisor.


Required Education, Licenses or Certifications

  • High school diploma/GED or relevant experience for the position is required.

  • Must be able to work a shift from 3:30PM to 2:00AM.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.

  • Intermediate Computer knowledge.

  • Must be able to read and write English.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

  • Must have an internal drive for customer service and provide and elevated level of service for internal and external customers.

  • Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the safety of others.

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
