We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction and/or renovation of iconic urban projects currently in the Detroit Metro area. Be able to bring open issues to closure/li liReview, negotiate and approve extra work quotations from Subcontractors; Prepare and negotiate extra work quotations with Customers/li liImplement a process that goes from Outstanding Work lists through Punchlists, Owner Walk-thru’s and Training/li liPerform Employee Evaluations/li liConduct pre-bid meetings, pre-award meetings and pre-construction meetings/li liDevelop and implement the customer specific invoice process/li liFacilitate implementation of the subcontractor invoice / payment process/li /ul Qualifications liMinimum of 18-20 years’ experience in commercial or Industrial construction/li liHeld position of PM / Senior PM for 10+ years/li liMust have been the lead o
