Cardscan Technician I
The Card Scan Technician position is an entry level position, responsible for applicant hard card processing, customer service, and execution of team tasks and assignments.
Essential Job Functions (includes but is not limited to):
Provide accurate processing of customer fingerprints cards including accurate data entry, scanning, payment verification, and corresponding record keeping.
Provide excellent customer service, including both by phone and via email.
Provide detailed answers to applicants with questions about Cardscan processes.
Provide detailed problem solving for applicants with questions or problems.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and formal and informal written communications.
Administrative duties, including but not limited to answering phones, taking messages, transferring calls, faxing, scanning, mailing, emailing, filing, and photocopying.
Able to adhere to all company and departmental employment policies.
Represents the company in a credible and positive manner.
Responsible for upholding the principals of confidentiality as they relate to this position.
Note: In addition to the Essential Functions, also performs similar work-related duties as assigned.
Must be punctual and be able to follow daily schedule for breaks and lunches.
Highly organized with good time management skills.
A high level of self-motivation and energy.
Demonstrated customer service skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated typing proficiency.
- Minimum educational qualifications including required degrees, diploma, certifications or training. High school diploma or equivalency degree

Ability to travel locally for activities such as meetings, classes, and workshops.

General office environment. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. Physical Demands, such as:
Office environment where the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. Some walking, standing, bending, reaching, and carrying of light items such as papers, books, small parts; driving an automobile, etc. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment.
