Insitu Engineering Support Specialist 4 in Hood River, Oregon

Provides technical support to engineers across a variety of engineering disciplines. Conducts complex data analysis to include mathematical calculations, data collection, data validation, data source identification, and standardization. Researches applicable standards, regulations and design criteria. Develops technical recommendations. Formats, compiles and manipulates technical data such as laboratory or material test and performance results. Produces engineering documentation, reports and drawings to include flow charts, block diagrams, schematics and technical aids. Conduct tests and records engineering evaluation data. Participates in Engineering Investigations. Completes a wide variety of engineering technical data requests and process documents. Investigates and resolves technical issues. Coordinates and conducts technical reviews. Works across all departments at Insitu to support engineering work during all phases of product lifecycle.

  • Windows XP, 7 and 10 Administration and Configuration, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Scripting, Software Packaging/Wrapping and Automated Deployments, Computer Security / Hardening, Group Policy, Windows Registry, Windows Server OS', Networking (specifically Ethernet & Fiber), Software Licensing, Computer Imaging, Sysprep, Offline Software Activation, Computer and Networking Troubleshooting, DISA STIG's, NIST 800-53, ACAS & NESSUS Vulnerability Scanners, Virtual Machines (VMWare, VirtualBox, Hyper-V), Anti-Virus (McAfee Enterprise specifically), Various Computer Hardware and Peripherals
