This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Company Job ID-18432The qualified candidate will support the PMO ASE Technical Division and the various product offices which cover Missile Warning, Countermeasures, and Quick Reaction Capability programs. As a systems engineer, work with other functional elements including platform integration, software development, test & evaluation.Perform programmatic systems engineering functions including the following:Perform or coordinate systems engineering activities including Trade Studies and Analysis, Requirements Definition and Traceability, Requirements Allocation and Verification, Interface Definition, System Integration and test, and Design Verification and Validation.Work with hardware and software development teams to design and track product configurations.Work with hardware and software development teams to create, review, and approve deliverables.Support completion of development testing, to characterize designs and understand trade-offs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Active Secret clearance required.Desired experience includes:Systems engineering experience supporting hardware and software integration, requirements development, verification and validation, and testing.Technical knowledge and/or experience with aircraft survivability equipment, sensors, and countermeasures.Knowledge of airworthiness and materiel release processes.Hardware-in-the-loop testing, integrated system testing, software and algorithms, mission systems engineering experience.Experience defining hardware/software interfaces for aircraft and simulation systems.Developing and updating Interface Control Documentation.Requirement development and flow down.Familiarity with PEO IEW&S and/or PEO Aviation policies and procedures.Excellent communication skills, technical writing, and presentation skills are required.Operational military aviation experience desiredDAWIA certification desired, in areas including Systems Engineering, Program Management, Test & Evaluation i3 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
