Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

Do you want to help build a portfolio of next-generation data collection systems? As the Software Engineer you will primarily be responsible for the overall management, monitoring, maintenance of AppDynamics Agents. You will be a first point of contact responsible for reactively monitoring customer data networks and providing fault isolation, and remote troubleshooting.

More About the Role:

  • Resolve and update Service Requests and Incident tickets as necessary.

  • Update knowledge base with new solutions.

  • Work with mission partners to deploy AppDynamics Agents or End User Monitoring.

  • Monitor AppDynamics for efficient operations.

  • Support development/operational tasks with other COTS software such as the IBM Tivoli Suite.

  • Create Weekly Status Report.

  • Attend Staff and Agile related meetings as required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Basic Enterprise Monitoring knowledge

  • Microsoft Office

  • Help Desk utilities, for example Maximo or Service Now.

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work closely with other software professionals and the customer community
