About the Position:This position is with the Blue Grass Army Depot, Chief of Mission Management Directorate located at the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, Kentucky.

This position may be filled as a temporary promotion or temporary reassignment not to exceed five years by a current permanent Army employee. Temporary promotions or temporary reassignments may be extended for a maximum of five years, and may be made permanent without further competition. If a current permanent Army employee is selected, they will be returned to the position from which they were temporarily promoted, or to a different position of equivalent grade and pay.

Conditions of Employment
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position may be required to complete a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter.
- This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
- This position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
- This position is subject to the provisions of the Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban commonly referred to as the Lautenberg Amendment.
- This position requires active participation in continuous improvement process initiatives, such as but not limited to Lean Six Sigma.
- This position must participate in Chemical Accident/Incident Response and Assistance (CAIRA) situations and serve on teams dedicated to controlling CAIRA situations ranging from pick-ups to decontaminating vehicles and flat-beds.
