What You Will Be Doing
You will be supporting our customers with any diagnostic or troubleshooting support, while provide technical expertise to answer any questions our customers may have in order to maximize the customer's experience
Act as a Customer-facing subject matter expert
Up to 15% travel to client sites
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
Customer Facing Technical Support
JIRA and Salesforce experience
