Infrastructure Engineer Manager Storage Services

Responsibilities will include support and administration for mission critical SAN and Storage infrastructure including design, storage provisioning, replication, performance, capacity, maintenance and upgrades across all heterogeneous disk subsystems.
Provide technical leadership for the design of storage solutions based on application feature, performance and capacity requirements.
Analyze and engineer the storage environment to deliver on storage services level objectives (SLO's).
Design and Engineer new feature for storage solutions including testing and implementation.
Provide consultation and Level 3 troubleshooting for potential storage related incidents.
Proactively make storage environment adjustments based on array disk/flash capacity and performance capacity.
Collaborate closely with Engineering team in matrix environment to deliver new infrastructure capabilities.
Provide technical leadership for root cause analysis and serve as primary contact for vendor related issues.
Configure and administer SAN (Storage Area Networks) using Cisco Fabric Manager and Brocade DCFM.
Support Daily storage issues and changes including disk space, migrations and replication.
Alert and resolve storage system and SAN fabric performance and capacity issues.
Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance; manage code levels.
Perform proactive storage analysis, capacity planning and performance monitoring.
Provide ongoing support of storage solutions (SAN, NAS, DAS, Cloud)
Administration of Replication and Performance tuning products.
Must have working knowledge of Storage (IBM, EMC, CISCO) and Server products
Preferred programming skills in Perl, Python, VMScript, Powershell and Web Services (i.e. Rest API's) to support automation and self service
Working knowledge and experience with large scale enterprise storage and/or server technologies
Independent worker with proven ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects in a demanding environment
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least six, typically eight or more years' experience in at least two phases of infrastructure management or its equivalent in education and work experience.
